Free program to solve domain names and express them in IP4 address form.
Hoosns is a small application that works to read a host file, and show the map of IP4 address names in the UDP 53 port to clients who ask for that information. It is a very small program, completely free and very basic, aimed at users with specific needs.
Hoosns could be very useful in test situations or laboratories (or even at home) that require partial DNS (Domain Name Search) services. However, at the moment the program can only solve IP4 domain names (not IP6).
